We are starting a blog to motivate each other in obtaining higher/better sports achievements (i.e. getting up from the couch, running more than 1/2 mile, biking more than 35 miles (evredica, not tedy), etc., etc.)
This weekend I biked to Palos Verdes (about 35 miles) and then on Sunday did the circular exercises and iRow studio (www.iRow.com) ...my goal is to do some sort of exercise EVERY day and I am going to write here how this commitment went every day … I hope I will be VERY ashamed if I don’t exercise at all (as I work too late and am too tired to do anything)…. I hope :-)- I
Yes-we will get up from the couch and with a tripple espresso in the hand will bike, hike, push up and push down to get in shape - starting yesterday.
