that is pretty lame - so... the need for blogging is apperant!

  1. From my experience, it's not about the quantity, but about persistency. Even small amount every day is enough to keep you in shape and be ready for harder and/or longer physical pressure now and then, isn't it? Except if you don't wanna be Olympic champion. And it's really much more fun and enjoyment to do it in group:) :) ;) ;-) :-)
    So, I'm off to play parking-lot-ocean-view hockey, which at the moment is the most amusing work-out I do. Even that hockey sounds scary, it's not more dangerous than rollerblading, but it's more pressure and much more fun. My female neighbor is interested, so soon we'll be multinational, multiracial, and multisexual party ;) Good people are welcome! Consider that!
